Stringent quality control is the precondition and foundation of the fine quality of our leather belts. In the past years, both of our two factories have worked out a set of rigid QC procedures enabling us to ensure that only 100% qualified and reliable products are allowed to reach our end users all over the world.

With a QC staff of over 30 in both factories, our professional Quality Control Departments strictly implement QC procedures at the following stages of the production process:
1. To control the quality of incoming raw materials and metal components.
2. To inspect the workmanship of key procedures, including pressing, plastering, stitching and buffing.
3. To thoroughly check and evaluate the finished leather goods before packing.

All the above testing and control is strictly performed by our richly experienced staff with high sense of responsibility. We make sure that our finished leather belts & bags are excellent in quality, elaborate in craftsmanship and fully measure up to the technical standards as specifically required by customers.
